This Jaguar Pass-Thru support connects you with IT professionals who can guide you through the initial set up process. Our customers have reported this to be complex and time consuming, so to ease this particular ‘point of pain,’ our Pass-Thru set up advisors can view your PC screen (LogMeIn) to remotely monitor your progress and provide real-time guidance.
Once you have the Jaguar compatible hardware and software fully installed, our Jaguar Pass-Thru experts are on hand to guide you through the Jaguar Topix system, from initial engagement to final programming advice.
