BMW Pass-Thru Support is one of the many Autologic Assist service offerings that helps you get up and running with BMW Pass-Thru.
Our BMW Pass-Thru Support consists of IT professionals who can guide you through the initial set up, a process that our customers have reported to be complex and time consuming. To ease this particular ‘point of pain,’ our Pass-Thru set up advisors can remotely monitor your progress, by viewing your PC screen (LogMeIn), and provide real-time guidance.
Once you have the BMW compatible hardware and software fully deployed, our BMW Pass-Thru experts are available to guide you through the BMW OSS (Online Service System), from initial engagement to final programming advice.

BMW Pass-Thru Guide
- BMW Pass-Thru coverage is from 1996 onwards.
- The Pass-Thru application has full reprogramming capability.
- For large data reprogramming packages, it is recommended to use an Ethernet connection to ensure the fastest available download. Ethernet connection is available via the BMW recommended Icom VCI.
